Don't Fret The Cliff




If the "Fiscal Cliff" doesn't get solved today, don't fret. The Treasury Secretary can publish notices to hold tax rates at certain levels pending future Congressional action.

This can get dealt with later with few consequences. That's, frankly, why the sense of urgency of Members to act isn't there.

The fall off the "cliff" can feel like a stumble.
