Another Kotkin Slide

Author and futurist Joel Kotkin's visit to Licking County last week brought not only Kotkin and two events full of remarks but also brought some great slides. I'm sharing my favorites.

This one was a Licking County-specific slide showing people moving and moving out of Licking County and where it all nets out. 

Licking County's net, positive migration rate is comparable to Houston's and better than Denver's.  That's pretty good company upon which to benchmark.
