It's Aerospace Week: Appreciating Boeing in Ohio

It's National Aerospace Week 2012 and I'll be writing about the subject all this week too.

Nothing says aerospace like Boeing and nothing screams aerospace at the Port Authority's Aerospace Center like a 20 foot tall Boeing logo on the side of the building's high bay.

Boeing did $8.2 billion worth of business in Ohio in 2011.  Ohio is Boeing's largest supplier state and those billions spent translated into more than 1.7% of Ohio's gross state product.

Now, THAT'S an impact.

Nothing screams aerospace like Boeing in Ohio.
