The 2011 production reports were published yesterday by the Ohio Dept. of Natural Resources. Columbus Business First reported on it yesterday afternoon.
Early interpretations are that the production numbers are on track to match expectations. The ethane (aka wet gas) production was the most encouraging.
It made me think of that old phrase for oil, calling it "Texas tea." With all the hopes that abound, maybe we'll have to rename it, "Ohio tea."
