Confessions of a 43-Year-Old Phineas and Ferb Fan

It's quite difficult to pull me away when my kids tune in the cartoon Phineas and Ferb.

The title sequence is great too.

I got these lyrics from the theme song, Today's Gonna Be A Great Day edited for Phineas and Ferb, by Bowling For Soup from the YouTube link.

There's 104 Days of Summer Vacation,
And School comes along just to End it.
So the Annual Problem for our Generation,
Is finding a good way to Spend it.
Like Maybe!
Building a Rocket,
Or fighting a Mummy,
Or climbing up the Eiffel Tower,
Discovering something that doesnt exist,
(Phineas: Hey!)
Or giving a Monkey a Shower.
Surfing Tidal Waves,
Creating NanoBots,
Or locating Frankenstein's Brain,
(Phineas: It's Over Here!)
Finding a Dodo Bird,
Painting a Continent,
Or driving your Sister insane!
(Candice: Phineas!)
As you can see, Theres a whole lot of Stuff to do
Before School starts this fall,
(Phineas: Come on, Perry!)
So stick with us, cause Phineas and Ferb are gonna do it all! (X 2)
(CANDICE: MOM! Phineas and Ferb are making a Title Sequence!)

Oh, still reading?  Here's the link to the sound that Perry the Platypus makes:  http://ow.ly/2jjOp
