Update: U.S. DOT Fixes Ohio

Readers may recall I had a little fun with the U.S. Secretary of Transportation's blog last week that included a map depicting Ohio's 3C rail as not quite making it to Cleveland.

A close-up of the old map showed this:


It prompted me to suggest that the lack of full funding may have caused officials to stop the line at a different c-named town, Creston, Ohio, instead.

However, here's the new map that is shown on the blog of DOT's Ray LaHood now:


I have to say, it's amazing.  My new blog isn't even a full week old but it's already impacting on the national level!
